Your first three months are dedicated to an intensive, hands-on internal curriculum designed to teach you how we build real trading infrastructure—execution, risk, monitoring, and performance engineering. If you bring the raw horsepower and the work ethic, we’ll train you into the next generation of 10x engineers in high-frequency algorithmic trading.
